Let's have dinner

Yo ceno. Creo que como la mayoría de los que me leéis. Me gusta comer, me gusta la comida que huele bien, que es de colores, que tiene una agradable textura en mi paladar y que me hace explorar mis sentidos. Me gusta probar e innovar en lo que llevo pero también en lo que como y en mi piso somos muy de cocinar y comer juntos, no tenemos tele, así que nos pasamos la velada hablando, conociendonos y aprendiendo cada día algo nuevo. Una de mis compañeras de piso es escritora, Katayun estudia sociología y Davide es diseñador de producto.

I have dinner every day. I think like everyone else who reads my blog. I love to eat, I enjoy eating healthy food and I like to smell it, the colors of it and also the texture and how it feels when your palate feels the first spoon and how it discover new flavors. I like to innovate with my clothes and style but I also like to do it in the kitchen. I have three flatmates and we love to cook and sit together, we don't have TV so we spend the dinner talking with each other and listening to some music. 

 Un día de cena, por supuesto, salió la idea de comenzar un libro de cocina y tertulia. Que mejor que invitar a gente, amigos de amigos, distintas edades, distintos países, distintas formas de pensar, distintas experiencias y compartir esas cenas con buena comida y buen vino? Así que no lo pensamos, estamos haciendo un libro de cocina plasmando fotografías de felicidad, olores y sabores. Yo soy la fotógrafa, la mayoría de cenas las prepara Davide, mi queridísimo italiano y de escribir se encarga el resto.

One day having dinner of course, we were talking about starting a cookbook. What it's better than inviting some people, friends of friends, different ages, different countries, different ways of thinking, different experiences and share all these things with yummy food and tasty wine? The decision was not really hard, we said yes and we started right away. We are doing a cookbook and I'm the photographer, most of the time my lovely Davide is cooking for our guests and us and the two girls take care about writing about it. It's super fun! 

Narramos de sobre lo que hablamos durante la cena, que cocinamos, como y todos los detalles que puedan darle al libro un toque personal y cercano para que todo el mundo se sienta identificado. Me encanta la idea, nunca he soportado estar comiendo y con la tele al mismo tiempo y estar rodeada de gente que solo quiere disfrutar, mostrase y compartir me hace realmente feliz. 

We write about what we talk during the dinner, what we ate and some little details that make the book personal and proper to the people who reads it. I really love the idea, I always hated eating and watching the TV at the same time, breaks the communication with the others and for me doesn't feel good and when I'm sitting around with people that likes to show and share themselves makes me feel happy.

Estoy un poco desconectada, muchos cambios de cara al 2013 presiento que buenos, si más no, cambios. Me ABURRE lo monótono.

Well, I'm a bit out of blogger these days but lots of changes are coming with 2013 and I can feel that are gonna be good, changes are good anyway, monotony makes me bored.
